Sir Walter Raleigh Awards Banquet

 The Raleigh Public Relations Society will host its Annual Sir Walter Raleigh Awards Banquet Tuesday, September 27, 2011, at the Renaissance Hotel at North Hills. Cocktails will be served at 6 p.m., and the awards ceremony and banquet will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. August Turak, a successful executive with companies like MTV Networks, A&E Networks, United Press International, and Bell Atlantic, will emcee the event. The deadline to register is September 22.
